Level

The former Domaine spot ditched the French connection and reopened as a late-night club with an elevated dance floor. The look is sparse and modern--think clean lines and right angles--with a stainless steel bar and black tables with bone-colored chairs. No eats--people come to drink and get down. Skip the basic beers by the bottle (Bud, Corona) and order a martini like everyone else--they're labeled Levels 1 through 10, which makes them easy to order even after you've had a couple. Level 4, the purple haze, features Skyy Citrus, Chambord and sour mix ($10), and Level 5 is a peach bellini made with Grey Goose, peach schnapps and Champagne ($12). DJs spin every night (except Monday). This being the Gold Coast, expect to pay a (varying) cover charge. No tennis shoes or hats or jerseys--jeans are fine.
