Long black leather and faux leopard skin banquettes and ottomans line the wall opposite the main bar; a curtained booth in each of the front window bays flanks the entrance. But the center room is where it's at: Dancers fill the floor and move to the beat of their own drummer (or the one on stage).
The Moroccan decor starts with a Buddha sculpture by a local artist named Suhail incorporated into the bar's heavy steel door. Inside, the owners have assembled gold tasseled cloth bags and sconces, ceiling fans, antique light fixtures (the two above the bar were culled from an old church) and wall paintings of women in repose. The women's bathroom, dimly lit by a single blue bulb, includes a small Buddha statue.
