After 3 years of broken promises of the owners telling us they were gonna expand next door, sound proof, and install the Twilo's sound system and lighting...they are nowhere near making these things happen. Now the sound is getting softer and softer and the crowds are leaving again. They knew for years that the club needed to be sound proofed before the Dakota was built and yet they did nothing. They claim they had no money...but yet they had enough to buy Twilo's sound and light. What good they do these things do now, sitting in storage rotting away probably never to be installed again. The club is still the dump it was when it opened, and now the sound is worse then ever, while we ever just wait and waits for something to happen. Plans are great...but we need to see some ACTION!

After being at Heaven niteclub in London I dont think I'll be able to go to Circuit again. If this badly converted warehouse is the best Chi-town can offer its closing cant come soon enough. The only ray of hope is Hydrate on the site of the old Manhole.

went with some friends to circuit Saturday. We had heard that it was "happening again" and guess what, it was! Don't know what you guys did but keep doing it. Mcbride on the stage was definetly a nice touch,and the bartenders in the back we wanted to touch. thanks

What a dump - cheezy niteclub - get a clue guys - gay people are supposed be glamarous and creative, wish our only niteclub was like the Shadow Lounge in London!! But alas we have to put up w/this, oh well, thanks for making the effort anyway....

Nice to see new DJs on Saturday nights like Tom McBride and Cris Eterno. The sound is better then a few months ago but still lacks the "punch" that you expect from a dance club. I hope they will start working ASAP on sound proofing and moving the dance floor to the new side. The reduced cover is nice...but better sound and a new look will bring back the crowds.

Had a great time at Circuit New Years Eve. The sound was alot better thanks to all and a special wink to the hottie bartenders in the back!
