Witt's has always been known as solid neighborhood spot to catch the game, but it's also a nice destination for a casual date or a dinner with your parents, thanks to tables set with bud vases and an eclectic menu. Eats range from the basic build-your-own-burger and pulled pork with mac 'n' cheese to pan-roasted halibut with sweet corn ravioli.
In the drinks department, you'll find a small, thoughtfully compiled wine list, Ommegang brews on tap and a handful of seasonal specialty cocktails, such as a blackberry margarita in the summer. Enclosed with a canopy during the colder months, the year-round beer garden is a standout. In addition to patrons taking in the fresh air, you'll also find an herb and tomato garden that owner Christy Agee maintains.
