The Baked French Onion Soup was FABULOUS, but the organization in the patio bar was like a train wreck. Though the place was not busy, very slow service. Waitresses did not seem to want to acknowledge customers at the bar and when they did, one would think that their faces might crack if they mustered a smile. This place used to be MUCH different. It was friendly. Evidently, things have changed. Unfortunately, the sullen attitudes may not balance out the great soup.

This place was awesome! The other reviews suck these people can't appreciate the dark gothic atmosphere. The old world tavern circa 14-1500's was definitely to my liking. The food was great, there pizza, phenomenal.

It is like eating in a basement. While the decor is interesting, the place seems like it needs a good cleaning. The food is not very tasty but it's a good place to go that's a step above fast food. Good variety of "drinks" if you don't mind that they don't have much alcohol.

Enter through the 10ft castle doors if you dare! A lovely display of dust and cobweb adorned taxidermy delights the senses as you descend the stairs to the bar and restaurant. Don't miss stone and beer bottle mortared walls as you sit at the bar and rest your feet on the giant chain and order. On the wall backlit "stained glass" ladies of the world gaze at you as you look around. My blackened burger was quite good and the pizza smelled great. This place was quite unique and I loved it! Have to go back with my 2 and 4 year olds as they would love the decor!!!!

This place is really bad.Food was warm not hot.Wait staff forgets. It is like eating in a basement,musty smelling. No hot water in the washroom.The entrance to the place is dark so be careful not to fall. Food not fresh. Drinks cost alot.Booths are too narrow to enter.Not a good place to eat we think.

Food could be better. Food not hot or fresh.
The booths are too small. Can't enter booths a tight squeeze. Not worth going to. Better off going to a fast food place. Wait staff very slow.
A smelly musty place, like eating in a basement. The desserts are not good. Washroom does not have hot water.Where is the health department and building inspectors? They should check this place out. I could smell sewage in the dining area.Will not recommend this place at all.
