This Woodfield-area outpost of the well-known Houlihan's chain remains loyal to its old-school decor, with vintage movie posters lining the dark-wood walls. The mammoth menu at this classic restaurant and bar ranges from Thai to Tex-Mex to American; popular picks include stuffed chicken, Thai chili wings and stuffed mushrooms, the latter of which has remained on the chain's menu since 1972. Specialty Long Island iced teas -- from melon to raspberry -- are served in pitchers intended for two but often polished off solo, and the drink menu also boasts mini-martinis. The best buy to end the night? Homemade mini-desserts -- like creme brulee or cappuccino cake -- for just $2.49 a pop.
