Typical chain atmosphere

Overall rating:

Staff was friendly and inviting, interesting choice of drinks on the menu (many varieties of long islands/martini flights). The baked potato soup and Chicken Caesar salad are safe, decent dishes. Unfortunately they removed the steak salad from the menu which was fab but there are many choices and most anyone should be able to find something they like on the diverse menu.

I was kind of stunned by the first review. I go to Houlihan's frequently and have only had good experiences. I love the variety and inventiveness of the menu, plus the seasonal specials keep things a little exciting.

Went yesterday for mothers day....

Went yesterday for mothers day. 1 rare steak came to us well done, and 1 medium steak was well done. Management wasn't willing to offer any credits, delaying our meal. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. Surprisingly the restaurant wasn't even busy, just the wait-staff seamed not attentive. It took 20 minutes to get coffee refilled AFTER asking. I doubt I will go back.
I was embarrassed to take my family here. If I could I'd give no stars.
