There aren't too many places to get a filet mignon at three in the morning, but this congenial Irish-themed restaurant/bar fits the bill. A white stucco exterior with forest-green awnings sets the scene for a low-key interior, where Irish staples like corned beef and cabbage and beef stew are served.
