Arman Razavi, of Chicago-based event promotion and marketing company Music 101 and the former owner of Bucktown’s now-shuttered Mad Bar, has opened the Cat’s Meow in the short-lived Nxxt address in West Town. Razavi made minor cosmetic changes to the space (including removing Nxxt’s cheesy signage) and debuted a contemporary American menu with choices such as mini burgers, three-cheese veggie lasagna and a crispy crab cake sandwich.
