The name is short for cabernet, so it should come as no surprise that this bistro is serious about its award-winning wine collection. But the imaginative American food is worth a look, too. The menu changes frequently and, depending on the night, includes items such as smoked salmon corn cakes, chorizo-stuffed mushrooms and wonton roll-ups with Brie cheese. There are also daily fish specials and a large game selection.
