I am not too impressed with Inferno Lounge. I believe they are over priced and worse hookah I ever tasted. The lounge overall is just over rated. I prefer try other hookah places in this area. I have been at Inferno several times and I have always been dissappointed.

Are you kidding me?! This place sucks....i won't lie they did a good job decorating the place but that doesnt mean u make up for that by overcharging your customers. me and four of my freinds went there on an event night and we get two hukkas and we end up with a $85.00 tab!! Moneys not the problem for me so i told the looser guy working there and he said theres live entertainment...the music sucked. im never going back thats for sure. you wnat to have a good time go to xhale or fumare and spend 1/2 as much for a better hukka! Ridiculous!

I'm usually not one to write reviews unless I honestly feel the place has surpassed my expectations, and is therefore well qualified and worthy of an excellent review- and Inferno is of NO DOUBT in my mind the best hookah lounge around.

I live in Hoffman Estates, right next to Schaumburg so I have been to all the lounges Mr. Guy has slyly advertised. I must say that he did over exaggerate, and without any question in my mind has poorly discredited Inferno Lounge while trying to promote other lounges with facts that are not legitimate. I find it hard to believe that while 40 some other people have given Inferno Lounge 5 stars, the only one person to give a poor rating is also advertising and promoting other local lounges. Not only is Inferno Lounge AWAY from all those other lounges in location but Inferno Lounge is also AWAY (as in far better) from them in the quality, style, and service they offer.

On a side note Inferno DOES HAVE FREE Wifi and only rents out laptops for people like me who sometimes forget them (and I don't mind paying a VERY cheap price for a nice new laptop). I also do not see how their rent, muted TV's (which are not muted but muffled by the amazing sound system that is playing music), and a "silly fish tank" (which ironically no other lounge has) is of any hookah smoker's concern, because all three features are classy, fun, and give Inferno a hip and elegant feel while capturing curiosity and awe from the customers. Not to mention a true hookah smoker comes for the hookah- and aside from these many great features, Inferno does have the smoothest best tasting hookah I have ever had.

I also find the price to be the EXACT same as the other lounges, and with all these surpassing factors, Inferno is by far the best bang for the buck and well above the other lounges I have been to and seen. I will definitely be going back, especially on the days that I want to have a fun night out while getting my moneys worth- who could ask for anything more!

I mean who would honestly pass up the excellent quality of EVERYTHING Inferno has to offer (including the hookah and food), friendly service, great customer satisfaction, and exceptional atmosphere and appearance? - well besides Mr Guy I doubt anyone would think twice about Inferno and Mr Guy really doesn't seem to have a logical reason.

Between the friendly and elegant atmosphere and the quality of there products, Inferno Lounge is one of the best places for a laying back smoking experiance. The servers are friendly, despite others reviews, and they have nothing but top notch hookah equipment for a very reasonable price. I have been to many other hookah lounges that are dives or too expensive for what its worth, and are either to loud or too small to even feel comfortable. I give props to the owner to made this place very spacious instead of having to be in a small crowded room such as fumaris or aria. Its not too loud as x-hale would be or look like a place where all you see is loud n obnoxious underage teens. The place is simply beautiful n if you want the full hooka lounge experiance i suggest to go to inferno. its simply heaven.

Honestly.... I loved it...!!! Its sucha a chill and cozy place..Service was great and the people there are friendly...The interior decoration is very well done, sets the mood.
Ive been to others in the Schaumburg area and they arent so comfy..
I got my own little private room..I believe the hooka there is the best I've had yet..So many flavors to pick from! O ya and the music just tops it off....

Inferno is located on Roselle Road in Schaumburg. On that same street lye FIVE MORE hooka lounges, ALL of which are better than Inferno. Inferno is run why hookah smokers, who may know how to spend a lot of money to provide a spiffy looking atmosphere, but lack on the quality hooka, which is why you go there in the first place. They use layalina and starbuzz, but don't pack it right. Down the street is Aria Lounge, Arabian Nights, X-Hale, Milan Hookah, and Fumare. X-Hale has the best overall atmosphere hosting special events every Friday night, while Fumare provides the individual with the greatest quality, longest lasting smoke. You pay for quality smoke, good service, and a fun time at these hookah bars, while at Inferno you are overpaying for hookah to make up for the cost of the silly looking fishtank, 6 muted plasma tv's, and expensive rent. Take your pick, but I'd rather waste my money on something better than Inferno (so I do). Also, Aria, X-Hale, and Fumare offer FREE wi-fi, and you have to rent a laptop at Inferno (or at least you use to have to).

I had never actually tried hookah before and this place was my first time.. and wow! I could not believe it.. relaxing environment, outstanding staff, and the hookah was great! Be sure to try watermelon!!! I think ive fallen in love with it. I will be going here again this weekend cant wait.

this place is the bomb its nice w/vip rooms and like a huge fish tank and plasmas i love this place i am defenetly love this place n recomend it to every hoookah lovers in chicago land
