This piano bar exudes a more laid-back atmosphere than its neighbors. The intimate setting of small tables and scattered barstools complements the live music: usually a jazz trio with a crooner in front singing old favorites. Photos of celebrities and athletes adorn the walls, and many have been known to stop by from time to time. On warm days, the staff swings open the bar's large bay windows to let the music waft out onto Rush Street. An exanded food menu features an affordable half-pound Angus burger and Italian-inflected appetizers such as a sausage-stuffed pepper, fried calamari and thin-crust pizzas.
