My bridesmaids surprised me with an entire weekend and it included seeing the show at the Baton...in one word, FABULOUS! We had great seats and a wonderful time, I'm going again this weekend for a friends birthday and I am so excited! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to have a great time!

not as fun

I visted the Baton a few times and it seems they are not trying hard enough to appease the audience; well at least the last two times I visited. I went there recently and it was not as crazy fun. When they play fast up beat tunes, it gets the crowd going and you want to give them money. But when they play those old, slow songs---guess what?---BORING!!! Not sure if they are trying to impress us, by changing styles, but all it did, for me anyway, was make me yawn. Ginger and Sasha were great as usual, but the others need to hang it up. Or at least talk to their boss about the music. Some of the songs, I couldn't recognize the singers. Please give us back the good ole' Whitney Houston, J-Lo, Cher----how can they pass the Cher music!!!!. Anyway, it wasn't bad, but they should trash any music that makes you stay in your chair. you'd think they see this when the audience doesn't participate. Otherwise it was not bad, but I have seen better times at this joint.

Not impressed

Went here for a bachorette party and if it was my own party I would have not been too happy. First of all, the place is kind of out of date and dingy looking. The performers look nice and some are gorgeous but the show is not very interactive at all and all they do is lipsinc songs for 2 hours....anyone can do that and it got quite boring. The $16 per ticket price isnt bad, but there is a two drink minimum and the drinks are not cheap of course and if you want water its $5 for a little bottle. I was also glad to not be sitting up front because it seemed like those people were obligated to be tipping the performers all night. We were also one of 35 bachelorette parties there, so that seemed kind of lame. The service was okay, not great, not too friendly.

Horrible service from the waiters and bar staff, great entertainers!

I went to the Baton Monday night, for the Sasha Colby benefit. There were 4 people in our group. I am a huge fan of all the Baton Show Girls and was very impressed with the quality and performance by all of them. As usual, Sasha stole the show with her AMAZING talent and Mimi Marks had me laughing all night. They were all fantastic!!!

The downside of the evening was the extremely RUDE service and attitude of the bar and wait staff. It took forever to get our drinks. We each had 4 and I had to go find the waiter to get 2 of them. At the end of the evening, I asked the waiter to split the tab (me and my boyfriend’s drinks on one and the other couples on another). He told me that he was not allowed to do that, per management. When I asked to speak to a member of management, he told me there wasn't a manager on duty. I then went to a short, female bartender to see if she could better assist me and her advice was to "go find a gas station and use an ATM". As someone who is very active and supportive of the scene and entertainment business such as the Baton, as well as someone who works with the public as a member of customer service and staffing management, I was absolutely disgusted by the level (or lack of) professionalism and service by the staff. If it wouldn't have been pouring rain and crazy storm (tornado warning) outside, I may have slightly considered finding an ATM but still would not have been very excited about the idea.

The next time we pay a total of $60 to get in the door, $144 on drinks and around $250 between the 4 of us for the raffle tickets and tipping the performers, I guess it won’t be at the Baton. You can see the girls in Boystown at Hydrate and Roscos.. I recommend you take advantage of the girl when they are there, as well as the drinks that actually taste like they have alcohol in them.

My Matron of Honor called about 3 months in advance for us and got us front row seats for the show! We had an amazing night! The performers were amazing, and if you stay after the show they are more than happy to come out and take a few pictures with you and talk! I would highly recommend this to bachelorette parties that want to have fun with their girls without going to sleazy bars!

Not recommended. Went there for my bachelorette party. The entertainers are so-so. I expected something more interactive. I don't know why someone said they were funny or amusing. But the clincher was the horrendous service. I was with women who ordered more than one drink at a time since the service was so slow. When I asked where my (1) drink was (after 45 mins of waiting for it) I was told "to take one of hers" as the waiter pointed to another girl in the group and walked away. Horribly rude. When I complained to mgmt. that some of the girls never got their drinks, the waiter called me a liar. Will never return or recommend it.
The only nice person was Chris who went above and beyond to accomodate our group. Too bad he's not running things inside.

We had such a great bacholrette party for my sister at Baton. The performers are hilarious and entertaining. It would have been nice to have them really sing but overall we had a good time. Some advice though, ask for a table upfront. This would be also a great place for birthday parties for large groups both straight or gay guys and girls who are looking to get a little wild. Next time I'm going to try the 10:30 show.

What a nite for entertainment. Normally one would have to travel to Las Vegas to get this level of show. The entertainers are awesome, their costumes, makeup and appearance are all beautiful. Best show in town for a fun night outing at a great price. Regine, Sheri, Chilli, Monica and Victoria all know how to work a stage. Top shelf show club entertainment with Miss Ginger Grant hosting the evening. A must see !!!
