Avid home brewers (and actual brothers) Jim and Jason Ebel founded Two Brothers Brewing in 1996 and have been churning out excellent craft brews ever since. Their out-of-the-way warehouse location houses the company's sole brewery (tours at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. every Saturday) as well as a shop stocked with home brewing equipment.
A brewpub restaurant, called the Two Brothers Tap House, debuted in February 1008. The menu features burgers, pizza and comfort food picks like mac and cheese and meatloaf with mashed potatoes. On tap, look for year-round brews such as amber ale Domaine DuPage, The Bitter End pale ale, light and crisp Ebel's Weiss and the hoppy red rye ale Cane and Ebel, plus a handful of seasonal varieties. Don't miss the house-brewed cinnamon root beer.
