This Place is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful, they remember everything and always go above and beyond for you! The food is the best pub food ever! Remember going to a pub and ordering some wings or a burger and it was just ok, or not rememberable....at Sully's that is not the case, thier food is remarkable! You walk out stuffed because everything you order is the best of the best! I have been a huge fan of salvatore's for years now, the owners did an amazing job with the ambiance, the music, the food, the patrons, everything, I cannot complain about anything there!!! I suggest you grab everyone you know, and create your own party!

Been there a handful of times now and one reason is because of thier wings! Thier sauce and the way they are cooked are fabulous! The atmosphere is very cozy with great service. Good place to have a cold beer, food and watch a game.

Solid Place - Great Beer Selection
By JGC from Wicker Park, October 11, 2008

I went to this bar last week for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It is a little hidden down on Dayton but it is a nice addition to Joe's on Weed and some of the other bars in the area. Good food and an excellent beer selection both on tap and in bottles along with a bunch of HDTV's and a nice patio up top makes this is a great place for a large group to come by and have a few. Try the Maudite on tap and stop by for a game (though be forewarned it gets packed with Florida fans on Saturdays during game-time).

Awesome

I've watched a couple Bears games here and had a few cold painkillers during the MLB playoffs. Great place to hang out and catch a game, Sully's is much more of a classic neighborhood bar than a lot of the Weed Street scene. They've got an army of beers on tap and quality pub food too-great burger and mind-blowing tater tots. The interior is all new with big TVs and plenty of tables and seating at the bar, there's enough space for a big crowd without feeling cramped up. The bartenders know how to keep the crowd goin too and never keep you waitin for another round. Bear down!

Solid Experience

I didn't know what expect from Sully's - the neighborhood was in dire need of an upscale sports bar/pub. Nothing against Joe's on Weed but it's hardly an intimate venue to watch a game. And Weed's is kind of a classic dive but certainly not a sports bar/pub. Sully's has a great beer selection (no A-B products, though) and some pretty good food. Any variability is likely due to some opening inconsistencies/staff. The bar itself is very nice with lots of hi-def flat screens. Have the congenial bartender Pat pour you a cold one!

I checked out Sully's last weekend, and thought it was a really nice bar! It is very spacious, clean and has lots of great beers on tap & in bottles, a huge variety! There are lots of HD flat screens and is a great place to go with a big group of friends to watch football because there is lots of seating. oh, and the food is awesome as well. Definitely worth the trek to check it out!

3 Cheers for consistent quality!

Congrats to the owner for carrying over the food quality and service of Salvatores ( another favorite spot) to their new "Irish" endeavor. I actually went twice this weekend ( Saturday and Sunday) and had the same waiter both times (Zach). He even remebered my name and drinks from the night before!

While they are still working off of a reduced menu ( i guess because they are new), both the chicken sandwich and the burger were fab, especially accompanied by the fries and tater tots which are spectacular.

Of course the "crowned jewel" of Sully's House is their extensive beer list. While I'm not a fan of beers, I do like cider and they have them! After speaking with the very knowledgable Zach, I ventured into the unknown to try a few recommended brews and came away a changed woman. ( I'm in love with the Framboise.)

Overall, Sully's is a great restaurant/bar ( lots of flat screens to watch all the games) and we enjoyed our nights there immensely. Took one star off for minor "just opened" glitches but I expect this place to be 5-star in no time!
