With a staff that's seriously into seasonal decorating, the look at Green Olive is always changing. Some things do stay constant, though, such as the paintings and prints of the bar's namesake covering the walls, and a 100-inch TV dominating the dining room. Five other flat-screens air sports games around the bar area, where fans sip on a brew or two (from 45 choices) with a steak or buffalo chicken sandwich. At night, the tables are cleared away to make room for a dance floor, and the menu switches to snacky appetizers such as onion rings and mozzarella sticks. If you'd rather chill than groove to the music, stay cozy on leather couches near the mahogany fireplace, or camp out on a recliners near the entrance and watch the comings and goings.
