Went to Spy Bar last Friday and Jess was way over the top nice... drinks were great.. took great care of my whole crew(all 10of us).. never had to wait for drinks... and was very thankful for a big tip for doing a great job! I would go back just for the service!

I was at Spybar last night and bought a round from Jes. She's kind of short and not real friendly. Plus, her picture is splattered all over the bar. LAME!!!!!!

I don t drink at the moment but last night @ NV i had the best H2O on the rocks and guess what? it was made by Emirano (Manu), the best bartender in Chicago. I can t wait to get out of this quarantine so I can go back and have some real drinks.

Jim is truly the best for 2008 and beyond. Not only will you get the drink the way you want it and great service but you get the personality and energy that you wont forget.
