Quigley's Irish Pub

This lively pub cuts the blarney with nearly 20 draft beers and a menu of solid Irish and American fare ranging from corned beef and cabbage and lamb stew to pot roast. Until 5 p.m. on weekends you can get a heart-stopping Irish breakfast of grilled Irish bacon, black-and-white pudding, two eggs, two bangers, fried mushrooms, grilled tomato, rye toast, HP Sauce and English beans. Come Thursday through Saturday to hear Irish and rock cover bands. Housed in the historic Jefferson Hill building, built in 1845, the interior -- like most Chicagoland Irish pubs -- was shipped over from Ireland, Iroko teak woodwork, hand etched and colored glass, antique fireplace and bookcases, original Irish prints and all.
