Great Place in the Burbs

All I can say is the service from the bar staff, Monica, Jena, and all the other wonderful staff is second to none, they are curtious, kind, and very polite. This bar is the place to be if your in the Burbs. The Management is also second to none, Nino and staff are polite and kind, always remember who you are and make sure they take care of your needs. The food, well you would think bar food....uhmm no, this place serves really good food, I mean this is not bar food so to speak it's very very good, I recommend the Ribs, Philly Cheese Steak, and the burgers..all the wraps and wings are great as well. I don't even go anywhere else......$1.50 pints??? This establishment knows how to take care of the customer and is 1st class.....5 stars all day long. come party with class and good company!!!! Its Hot Hot Hot

I have been to FireBar several times. The food is good! The value is affordable. The DJ is great! I cant agree on the service being BAD, but there are a few members of the staff that need tweeking. I am not going to mention any names but, some of the "servers' need an attitude adjustment as well. I felt that the past couple of times some servers gave you this "I dont care' attitude. I waited at least 15 minutes between each empty drink! I had to ask another server for my server. Now dont get me wrong, there are plenty of servers who are great and have great customer service!! Although some need to go back to " Customer Service' classes! Overall, the place is very welcoming. I love the fact that there is Always Always an owner on the floor! It shows that whenever there is a problem or issue, you will always have the "Main" person there to help!! Great job guys! I WILL be back!

My favorite bar...

I love this bar. I have been coming here since they opened. The only time I had a problem was their opening night. I had to wait a while until I was served and our waitress was a little nervous. When we were served, we loved all the food and the drinks. I am understanding person so we gave Fire Bar another shot since the food was so good and it seemed like a fun place to hang out. I am glad I went back because Fire Bar is our new place to meet and we have a great time.

I have been to this bar several times and have NEVER had a bad experience. There have been times I get seated right away and and other times, I had to wait. Obviously waiting is good-that means they are a hot spot. I would rather wait and be at a bar where the environment is fun rather than be seated right away and be in a boring environment. The food and drinks are great! They have burgers and wings that keep us coming back for more! The prices are extremely cheap-they also have awesome specials. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. I love this place and think if you do not have a good time there, it is not the bar...it is you!

Big Place - Poor Service

Fire bar is definitely big enough for the area but the service is horrible. On more than one occassion, we've been seated and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table. When someone at the table orders a drink, the waitresses never ask if anyone else wants something so it's a long wait between drinks if you don't catch them. The food is good and is a great value. Not sure if I would go back since we've had a bad experience twice.
