Victorian-era home with 12 rooms and a fine garden outside has been restored to something of its original splendor. Exhibits include old photos (showing the town when it was a far-off outpost), maps, books and decorative arts from times gone by. A collection of photos and ephemera from the Ravinia Festival is also housed and exhibited here.
